Before I Forget

Skye has an obsession with tomatoes. She LOVES them!!! She would eat a tomato over any candy. On Tuesday when I was taking her to pre-school, I caught her picking her nose. I said "Skye you aren't picking your nose are ya?" She sat there for a second and replied. " I wish tomatoes grew in my nose, then I could pick them and eat them all the time." How does she come up with these things?

Officially A Toddler

Jordyn is Officially a toddler. She is walking or should I say waddling all over the house. She is hardly crawling anymore. If she falls down she stands right back up again. I'm half tempted to have her wear her bike helmet. She has bonked her head twice already today. I can't believe how much faster she can get around now. She has been wanting to be able to walk so bad. She would make me hold her hand and walk around the house. It's nice to be able to just sit and watch her go. Although it's a little sad to see her hit such a big milestone. She's no longer my baby. She's my toddler.

Jordyn's Birthday Party

We had a great turn out. Thank you everyone who came to support us on our big day. It means so much to us. It was such a fun party. Happy Birthday my sweet baby. I LOVE YOU!!!!

Brenna being the little mother hen to Jordyn. Jordyn loves Brenna. She is the only one that can get Jordyn from me when I'm holding her. Not even Regan or my mom can do that.

Kennedi didn't want anything to do with Jordyn's grubby fingers. So she got a nice clean taste of her own. I love that these 2 are so close in age. It has been so fun.

My Baby Is 1!!!!!

At 7:57 a.m. this morning my sweet baby turned 1. I can't believe how fast her 1st year went by. I don't remember being this sad when Skye turned one. I remember I was a little sad but nothing like this. I guess with your first you are so excited for all of their firsts and with the 2nd, you realize that if you blink they are walking into preschool with an over sized backpack on. Jordyn has brought so much joy to our family. We are SO BLESSED to have her. The only thing that I have been looking forward to with this birthday coming up, is pictures. So last week while it was still warm we went and took her birthday pictures. I love so many of them but I had to narrow it down to put on the blog. Yes, this is narrowed down. These ones are my favorite.
